Reads the accounts app's data in this browser. It never writes to it — this page cannot change your accounts. Produces the figures for one assessment period plus a CSV in the format the UC tool already reads.
The accounts app stores its data under this site's address, so this page can read it only when both are on the same site. Opened from your downloads folder it will not see anything — use the backup file option then (Backup & Export in the accounts app).
Your period runs from your claim day, not the calendar month. Everything is counted on the date money actually moved.
DWP looks through the company and treats you as its sole owner, so your own wages, drawings and dividends are not an expense — they stay in the profit. Name yourself here and any payment to you is moved out of expenses.
These are entered on your UC report separately and DWP works them out — so they are not included in the expenses figure below.
Rows the rules cannot decide without knowing what the thing actually was. They are left OUT of expenses until you say otherwise.
Rates applied: mileage 45p for the first 833 miles then 25p, motorbike 24p · home working £10 (25–50 hrs), £18 (51–100), £26 (101+), under 25 hrs actual costs only · business loan interest capped at £41 per period. Check these against current GOV.UK guidance before you report — if they change, they are the constants at the top of this file's script.
